The work place is extremely political. If you're not on "the list" you will never be considered for a promotion. DEI work has been disingenuous and traumatizing to BIPOC staff. Many have left because their experiences have been devalued, particularly financial coaches. Feedback is asked for but if you speak truthfully and provide constructive criticism, your growth opportunities will be destroyed. Executive team is insular, thin skinned and plays favorites.
