Terrible - Administrative Compassion-First Pet Hospitals Employee Review

Well, I can start with the fact that I was awarded a raise and an increase in benefits without asking! That's a first. We have great leadership and the national and local level. I've participated in multiple small meetings with the COO of the entire company. He has asked for my opinion and provided excellent feedback. My direct supervisor allows for autonomy and is always going to bat for me. I am having a wonderful experience and feel this is not classic corporate. It's a family of hospitals.

There are glitches between corporate and the local hospitals at times but the teams sem to work together quickly to acknowledge and resolve them when they occur.
