I cannot think of anything positive to say

Cons

We were acquired by Compassus earlier this year. I am hugely disappointed by this company who negatively impacted our work ethics and culture. The company does not invest in its employees. Its productivity focused, profit driven practice is affecting the morale among the employees. Good managers and clinicians are leaving every month (if not every week).

Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
