Pros

Good Base Salary , Some good locations . Care varied greatly depending on location. Don't get me wrong, some locations offer great care.. mine just wasnt one of them

Cons

Poor Management, Inconsistent Standards between locations, Poor planning when moving into new markets No support for sales team! No sales Director except for Executive Director who has NO SALES EXPERIENCE WHAT SO EVER ! After filing expense reports it takes on average of 3 weeks to be reimbursed and you are expected to pay for all expenses out of pocket. Director is ONLY about bottom line not about good care. Care varies greatly depending on location. Some locations offer fabulous care.. mine was not one of them.
