      Pros

      My fellow co workers are great and love patient care. My heart is full when I'm caring for my patients

      Cons

      Poor management of schedules, long driving, can't get done at a decent hour. I chose to be part time for a reason. Always short staffed and upper management doesn't seem to care. They preach care for who I am and that's a complete joke. They don't care at all
