Unfortunately, this hospice is strictly numbers driven. The core concepts are not upheld throughout the company. They make poor hiring choices, which inhibits growth and productivity. I question the integrity of the organization, and those who are at the top handing down decisions. The ED for the state of Iowa is a joke amongst her peers and former colleagues; she is disliked by nearly all, but upper management has been buffaloed. Additionally, they have very disproportionate health benefits given the industry, you will end up contributing more of your hard earned money to your HSA than you retirement benefit.
