      Pros

      Manageable case load, enjoyable coworkers and the job was rewarding and meaningful.

      Cons

      I was working full time, in the middle of a practicum, also helping out another office who was short a social worker. My position was eliminated without notice. I was not able to provide my patients with any sort of termination and I realized I was just a body and employee number.

      Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
