Health insurance, 16 hours/year sick leave, flexible working hours (not in all department but in some)
Cons
Little focused on employee well-being. The company only matters to have bigger profit even if that will cost annual salary raise for employees or etc. Team leads dont try to save their employees and let them go to other companies easily, without effort to save them. Slow salary rise, sometimes even promotion withour salary rise, only employee gets more responsibilities
