We are always receptive to feedback and use the opportunity to engage in further dialogue. The last year has seen an increased demand on technology services resulting in simultaneous projects for our team members. On the positive side it leads to diverse and continued engagement for the team. Sometimes the engagements increases demands, but we try and strike a balance between the demand and the needs of staff. We offer comprehensive benefits to see to those needs, and are happy that many are availing themselves of these resources.
C2 has and continues to have an “open door” policy. Although we may not be able to meet in person at the moment, our executive team is available. In fact, they have made it a point to reach out to every employee this past year to have a direct communication with the CEO and President, Every employee was given the opportunity to speak to any concern. The feedback was gathered and shared at our quarterly all staff meeting.
Our team members continue to grow both in technical advancements and internal upward mobility. While we are considered a small company in total staff, we are large in our accomplishments. The dedication of our staff to providing the best service to our client is a testimony to the mutual respect of our mission. We understand that our goal can not be accomplished without it.
