Pros
It's a small company and it isn't cliquey. I like that we all play a really important role. We aren't just a number and we are dependable. It give you purpose in what you do and your role. There is lots to learn. A good crowd to work with and a fun environment as well.
Cons
It is a small company so there is tons to do. We look out fr each other and the mangers support their team and the work of their team. We could meet more often as a company because it is not often we get to do that.
