Above average pay, decently long shifts I.e. 10 hours, RN qualified management team, company will try and give you clients as close to home as reasonably possible

Work can be dry at times, clients can have aggressive behaviour at times as a side effect to their disability, on the job training could be more thorough.

* The management are generally quite responsive and effective in their jobs * They are generally quite good about rostering and making tweaks where necessary for clients and workers both * Bosses do not tend to micromanage your work in my experience, which is excellent. * Generally pretty understanding about work/life balance matters and amenable to time off
