Wonderful compensation package, ability to work from home and on the road, friendly atmosphere, opportunity for advancement, compassionate owners, newly renovated facility, work/life balance, wonderful management who do not micromanage and job security. Great place to start your career in all different fields due to company growing. There are locations in Pensacola, Mobile and Tallahassee.

Was great to be able to help people during Hurricane Harvey

Cons

They have you sign up for low salary and promise you bonus on the jobs. Don't expect to collect on large T&M jobs. The temp labor they used during Hurricane Michael made more money with the overtime, than I did running the large loss. Waited a year and never got my money. Go for higher pay, so that you can pay your bills without needing to get the bonus to survive or you will never make it working here at Management
