      Flexible schedule, great co-workers, caring owners. I enjoy most aspects of my job. I enjoy helping clients go from a very bad experience to getting their life back to normal.

      Cons

      We are working on it, and have come a long way...but we still need improvement in communicating with different departments.

      Pros

      Was great to be able to help people during Hurricane Harvey

      Cons

      They have you sign up for low salary and promise you bonus on the jobs. Don't expect to collect on large T&M jobs. The temp labor they used during Hurricane Michael made more money with the overtime, than I did running the large loss. Waited a year and never got my money. Go for higher pay, so that you can pay your bills without needing to get the bonus to survive or you will never make it working here at Management
