      Was great to be able to help people during Hurricane Harvey

      Cons

      They have you sign up for low salary and promise you bonus on the jobs. Don't expect to collect on large T&M jobs. The temp labor they used during Hurricane Michael made more money with the overtime, than I did running the large loss. Waited a year and never got my money. Go for higher pay, so that you can pay your bills without needing to get the bonus to survive or you will never make it working here at Management

      Pros

      This is the first job where I'm genuinely excited to come to every day. My coworkers are wonderful and supportive, the owners are hands on, involved, and compassionate, and each day is a new adventure for me. My position allows exactly what I need in a job - consistency and reliability but new projects to keep things interesting. I'm also able to work from home, I get to travel for company events, and I get to work for a company that truly helps people get their life back on track after disaster hits. I never thought I would find a job that really made me happy until now.
