Pros
Incredible work environment and beautiful office space. It's sales, but you feel like you are genuinely helping people.
The team is so supportive and everyone is friendly. We do a lot of fun team activities and I genuinely feel like I get to work with great friends.
Management also listens to employees and takes care of us. The pay is great, the opportunity to earn here is amazing. You will make more than almost anyone else in the industry.
Cons
Personally I enjoy working with seniors but if you are impatient it might be frustrating. There is a ramp up period and commissions take a while to be paid out, after you've been closing for a couple months it's great though.
