Management is supposed to supervise both locations but they don't.You are not supposed to contact direct supervisors when they are not in the office and they won't answer you anyways, which is completely unprofessional. If someone needs to call out for an emergency at the Horsham office, they almost never send techs from the other office, unless absolutely necessary. They will reschedule patient appointments before they will allow that. They expect the techs to reschedule appts if they need to be canceled.
