Pros
Managers will work with you when you need it and just REALLY care about your success, AND your wellbeing. All very knowledgeable as well. This is my first 'big boy' job so I really lucked out. It's fun and collegial, they let you be independent but help you along the way, and everyone has a good attitude + sense of humor.
Cons
Fully onsite 5 days, but your manager will give you a day to wfh if you really need it. Can get distracting with the commotion but I have ADHD so everything is distracting haha. Also not great benefits, but depending on how hard/smart you work you can be making $100,000+ in your first year (these people work an extra 1-2hr a day). If you do the bare minimum you'll make $50,000ish. This job is really what you make of it.
