Young company so atmosphere is fun and light hearted, until a big job comes through....
Cons
They will tell you what you want to hear but never back it up. Their "training" is non-existent for new hires. Provide no training to current managers who just try to act like your best friend. Very small company and in the dark ages with their so called database. Didn't agree with their company values on how they rated candidates during their interviews, extremely judgmental and rude. Place was extremely chaotic and work life balance was horrible.
