      Pros

      The company has always treated me extremely well, I was able to start entry level and grow into a director level role. You are supported throughout and have the freedom to build your own team as you see fit. Owners and operations are great. Flexible with out of state employees working remotely, and time off is never a problem.

      Cons

      Sales is not for everyone so there can be turnover but that’s expected.

      Can't think of one positive experience.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership. Lied on interview about how the role would be. Uncovered lies on a weekly basis. Unwelcoming culture that clearly has a revolving door of employees. Someone quit my first week, and was fired my second week into the job. Team not open to ideas, provided attitude and rude remarks when asked questions on delivery.
