I would strongly advise any job seekers to avoid Complex Recruitment. My experience with them has been incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of time. They were very quick to get me to sign various documents and hand over my information, but as soon as the paperwork was completed, they went completely silent. Despite multiple attempts to follow up regarding work opportunities, I have been totally ignored. It feels less like a recruitment agency and more like a complete waste of time! They are happy to take your details to "onboard" you, but they have zero interest in actually communicating or finding you a role. If you value your time, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other agencies in the UK that actually treat candidates with basic professional courtesy.
