Pros
Most of the staff are amazing to work with. They also put a lot of effort into staff development. However, this is only a band-aid to cover the lack of career progression and poor management overall.
Cons
There is an extreme bullying issue at Complispace. Upper management are aware and say the right things, but ultimately do nothing about the issues. For them, the issue solves itself because bullied staff keep quitting and the bad managers are retained. The salaries are also extremely low for the amount of work and expertise that is expected of staff.
