Good - Anonymous employee Compliatric Employee Review

For a small company they have great benefits, good pay, lunch once a week, good PTO, and great work-life balance.

I can't think of anything.

There are no pros with this company.

They treat their employees like crap. Overworked, underpaid, not appreciated at all. They'll put anyone is as a manager even if that person has no idea what they're doing or how to manage. They micromanage and undermine their employees. There's no opportunity for growth.
