      Good Place for freshers and you can learn lot of things about Us recruitment in Short term. Incentive Structure is fine. Client wise good ,if you get Chance to work for Direct Client

      Good place for fresher,if you get a chance work with Direct client. Management is OK,But Not up to the expectation

      Pros

      Pay every 2 weeks in US promptly. They have never delayed/missed a payroll in the last 20 years. They also help in getting H1 and green card visas

      Cons

      nothing to think of. They have done what ever they promised
