      Company's longevity Growth and expansion in the industry. CRT is inovate, striving for greatness and to be the best. Quality first

      Cons

      Shop employees typically start off on the off shifts. Not a bad thing considering you receive a $2-3 shift premium. 50-55/hr working weeks..overtime after 40 hours.

      Thank you for taking the time to comment. With how busy our shop has been this past year many departments are working regular overtime. We do our best to balance the excitement of our recent growth and business needs with our commitment to employee’s personal and family obligations. We also insure that as employees we are all sharing in the success of the business through company sponsored events and profit sharing.

      The work we do is very important, therefore it is extremely rewarding and fulfilling. It takes a high level of technical intricacy to develop our repairs, and we are proud of that.
