Physically seen a manager put hands on someone else, reported it and nothing has been done. Management think they can change policies as they go, and for you to be on board. No respect for employees and no work life balance what so ever. They will make you feel guilty and constantly gaslight you. No matter how bad you need a job, this isn’t worth it.and the boss will only hire you if you’re thin and young. Regardless of competency or experience
