Steady work , decent benifits , nitch industry with not much competition .Company still has lots of potental if Senior Management can focus in key areas
Cons
The bigger the Company gets the less important each employee becomes , Too much focus on growth rather than perfecting what is already on the table .Way to much Senior Managment ! Company needs more workers less managment .
