Pros
The network work is very interesting and provides great experience. Other than that there is nothing about CompuCom that I would consider a pro.
Cons
Poorly managed! Management does not train staff, share information, create any kind of culture, or follow through on anything they say they are going to. I have worked a CompuCom for quite some time now and never gotten a raise yet I see my same job posted on job boards for a higher rate. Zero culture, horrible pay, and no chance of advancement.
