Pros
Good team leads. Fair team managers (though good luck getting them to show up). Good place if you like pain.
Cons
Everything from poor middle-upper management, cluelessness of reality, major staffing issues, no raises or incentives to just overall disrespect to the employee plague this company. As if that isn't bad enough they email new policies weekly that you 'auto accept' which only takes from employees and gives to the company.
