Pros

The diversity of Clients with different challenges from easy to complicated. Constantly gaining new client base for a changing and interesting environment.

Cons

Current ticketing system does not balance workloads. Logistics is very poor for getting parts to the techs, causing SLA failure and putting stress on the customer facing technicans. Project Management is of poor quality for some accounts, techs sometimes have to do their legwork.

- Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

Cons

- Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises
