Pros
CompuCom is a great place to work. There is plenty of room for growth and new leadership is open to change. The company is very innovative where new ideas are encouraged and accepted. Overall, I would recommend the company as a great place to work.
Cons
The company is still very leadership heavy, which can be frustrating at times because there are not enough "workhorses" and a lack of clear direction. But you can tell efforts are being made to hire more people to and do a better job to show appreciation for people's efforts.
