Flexible for work./life balance, allows time off for family as needed. Some leaders are true visionaries that can and will grow the company.
Cons
Tends to place more importance on politics and the spin a manager can create than the actual abilities of the manager. Workers (including true working managers) are often overlooked in favor of the available warm body - little ability to advance.
