Pros
The best part of working for CompuCom was how hands off they were. I had a lot of freedoms in my daily job. It didn't matter when I came in or if I did because no management ever checked in with you.
Cons
Was with the company for over 4 years and never got a raise regardless of constant high review scores. We were told by the CEO if we wanted to make more money we should go somewhere else. That tells me that nothing I learned while I was on the job made me any more valuable.
