Pros

They will offer you a good package and this is the first trap. Be careful.

Cons

1. Only one round of interview. how you can hire quality people? 2. After offer letter or joining your job is never secure. Hr will call you and inform you that Management decide to let you go. 3. Hrs are horrible, they will never pickup your call or reply to your emails. They are so good to tell lies everytime you talk.

- Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

Cons

- Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises
