Cons
Company has you sign into PC - 30 minutes or more before they start paying you to work When the company lays off the severance package is meager and has strings attached Company does not allow you to log off until very end of shift. Thus you are usually doing unpaid overtime as you have to finished with the last customer. Company goes years without giving anyone a raise. When raises are given they are stingy.
