      Pros

      Pay was not too bad in my case.

      Cons

      Being connected to individual contracts, leaves you exposed to changes in the relationships between companies and their contracts. Just the nature of the business really. Your a fully time contractor.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
