      Pros

      CompuCom Pune getting IT work from Office Depot on different technology Legacy like Mainframe, AS400 and Cloud like Oracle cloud, Snowflake. It is growing in Pune and flexible in terms of WFH.

      Cons

      To cut down cost, leaders keeps on switching one technology to another for their IT needs. Long term strategy is missing.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Cons

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
