Pros
You know it's bad when there are no pro's, I relocated to another state expecting long term employment and received an involuntary end of contract, after only 4 months of employment, due to no fault of my own.
Cons
Depending on what contract you decide to go with the pay is low overall, the benefits package is cheaper to pay out of pocket than to go with CompuCom. You are a contingent worker and don't get the same respect as full-time employees. The worst con of them all is there is no room to grow, I would not recommend anyone start there career in IT with Compucom, Since the industry has variety.
