Would not recommend. - Desktop Tech II CompuCom Employee Review

Upper management is out of touch. The benefits packages are AWFUL (it's 2021 and they do not offer any paid MATERNITY leave, not to mention paternity). Raises are non-existent if you don't have someone that will literally fight for you to be compensated. It's not unheard of for people to have not had a single raise in 5-6 years of employment, despite doing good work. The company seemingly has no idea on how to keep accounts around or pick up new meaningful contracts. Nobody internally has been surprised by Office Depot wanting to drop the company. It was a bad decision to acquire in the first place.
