Are a market leader in Help Desk and Desk Top outsourcing. Good business growth in their chosen area.

Cons

With just Help Desk and Desk Top the company is limited in their ability to grow as an outsourcer. The company is owned by outside investors determined to see a profit. The company seems to spend a lot of time and effort to make sure that none of the "little people", help desk agents, desk top support tech's, get an extra nickel.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Pros

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

Cons

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
