Pros
Management pretty much stays out of your way when you're at a client's site. Full-time benefits are decent for long time employees (lots of vacation.)
Cons
No pay raises in 5+ years even for top performers. No real way to move up in the company, and they have trouble finding places for their people on other accounts if one account downsizes (again, even for their top people.) Recently did away with severance packages.
