1 to 2% raises every 3-5 years if you're lucky, only top 30% performers get a raise. Poor health ins. program, high deductible. Micro-managed high numbers (pieces per hour) work environment, cameras everywhere to record your every move. No talking environment, get back to work, even if your talking to co-worker is job related question.
