Flexible with PTO usage and some managers are good

Good managers are forced out Bad managers are rewarded Micromanagement is rampant You have to reach out to other teams for everything and they don’t know how to do their jobs They are spreading themselves too thin and don’t pay enough for the work required of their employees Almost all staff are contractors and it can take forever to be brought onboard as an actual associate
