Pros
Stable company as a whole. One of the few in this industry that is growing, although mainly by cherry picking other weaker companies to buy.
Cons
Some senior managers can't see the forest for the trees. Has lots of cliques, especially in HR. Very quick to lay-off associates to meet short term profit targets. Problems with internal IT; lost most recent CIO, confusion on which systems to use and how/when to complete those systems.
