Pros
None. Senior management is only interested in numbers - quarterly profits, revenue, expenses. When they acquired the company from Healthport, they promptly proceeded to lay off the majority of senior level employees. They were and are only interested in cutting expenses so they lay off the senior employees making the most money but also with the most experience. Then they wonder why they keep losing customers.
Cons
In my last two years of working there they never gave a raise to anyone other than management. When people are laid off or leave they simply reassign their responsibilities to an existing employee. When employees complained about this at an annual meeting, the American CEO Norbet Fischel responding by saying "I don't care".
