Pros
Only pro is that they pay you to get trained to be a phlebotomist. You start out at minimum wage for 5 weeks which is $8.10/hr and then go to $9/hr for your 90 days. Then after that you go to $10.50/hr and you get a $.50 cent raise at your yearly review for the next 3 years you work.
Cons
Employees/coworkers are rude to anyone new and even older people. Rude to the patients. The management sucks. Everyone complains about everything. They turn people away for no reason. This is the last place I would want to work. Even tho I still work here in currently looking for a new job.
