Company growing, and recently acquired Metafore (competitor) now largest revenue earner for IT in Canada.
Cons
Quality of work life, and personal growth is all dependent on your immediate manager. With growth comes challenges of positions, and skillsets for those, especially in management. Some are more people friendly than others. Seems to pay low compared to alot of other companies for similar positions/responsibilities.
