Internally, some employees lack initiative and problem-solving skills, and often rely on others to do the work for them. No matter how many times something is explained, they don’t seem to retain the information. They make the situation worse by struggling to adapt to technology and modern tools. It’s surprising that this level of performance has been tolerated for so many years.
