No pros, anyone got offer from this poor ethichs organization, must think twice before taking decision to spoil their life.
Cons
- Despite of making huge profits, this organization used Covid as an Opportunity and deducted salary in range of 5-15% for each employee. - Most Managers lack people skills, they are only there to please the clients. - Hire and Fire is a Culture there. - Salary appraisals are given in form of Variable salary. - Even if you score 94% on your quarterly targets, the organization deduct 25% of the variable payments. - Greater part of salary is in the form of variable pay which is paid after three months of getting due i.e. due half yearly and paid after passing one quarter post due date. - Employee policies are so pathetic that I stongly feel that these policies were designed keeping "bonded labour" in mind. - Salary gets delayed, they force people to pick their reimbursement plan and pay that part by 15th of next month i.e. salary for a given month January is fully paid by the mid of February. - Leave policy is so poor and it ensure that you cannot avail leaves, very few number of leaves in a year. - Very poor medical insurance which forces 30% co payment. - Recently they announced another policy indicating their cheap mantality which states that if due to any circumstances you fail to fill yourtimesheet "everyday" then your salary will be deducted.
