      Pros

      The only good side is you will get the salary on time(but forget about the variable part in salary you won't even get it)

      Cons

      Do not force things on employees. Forget about getting the variable component they will eat everything in the name of OKR. Salary appraisals are very low. Managers will just sit top of you and shout. Do not join if you are looking at things from a long-term perspective

      Staff was great in helping navigate onboarding process. They were always able to answer questions and solve any issues.
