      A good Manager/Team lead. they will let you into the world of possibilities, where your ideas and thoughts are appreciated. Good payment for your work and recognizes you if you and your work are worthy of.

      Staff was great in helping navigate onboarding process. They were always able to answer questions and solve any issues.
